We get it–not every organization can afford a dedicated data person. Even if you have someone supporting your data internally, that person often needs support, from maintaining the system to thought partnership on how to improve and expand how your data is collected, stored, analyzed and shared.
We are here to help with our ongoing support services, giving you access to our compassionate nerd skills for a set number of hours per month. Our packages are available at a sliding scale based on your org’s budget (Grow – Sustain – Share). See details below.
Database Administration
We can support you as your part-time Database Administrator for your Apricot or Airtable.
Training + Mentorship
We provide individual and small group mentorship on data tools like Excel, Apricot, Airtable, etc.
Process Documentation
We can help you document your data processes to set you up for success.
Data Analysis Support
We are experts in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and making data accessible to diverse audiences.
Reporting Support
We can support you in keeping up with your reporting requirement, making sure you are collecting what you need, balanced with keeping community at the center.
Community Research
We can support community-centered research projects including surveys, focus groups, community cafes and photovoice projects.
Budget Levels
To align our services with our values, we offer our services on a sliding scale. We hope you will support us by paying at a rate that is fair, either based on your annual budget, or the budget you have allotted to your data/database work.
Grow
Annual Budget is less than $600,000.
The intent is to support newer and under-resourced organizations to have access to high quality data supports.
Sustain
Annual budget is between $600,000 and $2 Million.
This rate should be paid by more established organizations as much as possible to keep our sliding scale possible.
Share
Annual budget is more than $2 Million.
The intent is to enable us to provide lower rates to under-resourced organizations by paying a higher hourly rate.
