Apricot Administration

A solid Apricot Implementation can set you up for success, but a dynamic database needs ongoing maintenance long term. We provide training and mentorship to create an internal administrator on your team, or we can serve as an interim or ongoing Apricot Administrator. Learn more about the Administrator role here.

Apricot Administration Pathways

To ensure the ongoing health of your system, we can support your administration needs through one of two pathways:

Co-Administrator

Along with a designated internal administrator, we can support you as a part-time, fractional co-administrator. We will share ongoing maintenance of your system, and set up a ticketing system to support end users, handle data requests, and create/maintain reports. Can include ongoing mentorship for the Co-Administrator.

Solo Administrator

We can serve as a part-time, fractional administrator for your organization. We will build a plan around the specific needs of your team and complexity of your system, and provide ongoing maintenance of your system. We will also set up a ticketing system to support end users, handle data requests, and create/maintain reports.

Mentorship

If you select the Co-Administrator pathway, we will provide training, mentorship and customized training materials as needed to provide professional development opportunities to your administrator.

Ongoing Maintenance

We will provide proactive monitoring and maintenance on your system, ensuring it runs smoothly in the background, and handling new product releases and ongoing training needs.

Reports & Bulletins

We will build and maintain custom Apricot reports and bulletins to give your staff customized home screens that align with their roles. We set up reports to give you the data you need at your fingertips for reporting and much more.

User Support

We will create a ticketing system to quickly handle issues as they arise, including requests for specific data, requests for new reports and/or bulletins, making changes to internal/external forms, and troubleshooting data issues with system users.

Data Quality

Telling your story accurately means staying on top of your data quality! We provide set up of data quality reports, and provide proactive monitoring of data quality issues, and work to improve processes to avoid future data quality issues.

Data Workflows

We work with you to develop, improve and document data processes into workflows that minimize burden on staff and clients, and maximize data quality. As your administrator, we monitor those workflows and adjust as needed.
