Ongoing Support Services
We get it–not every organization can afford a dedicated data person. Even if you have someone supporting your data internally, that person often needs support, from maintaining your systems to thought partnership on how to improve and expand how your data is collected, stored, analyzed and shared–with your funders, board. community, etc.
We are here to help with our ongoing support services, giving you access to our compassionate nerd skills for a set number of hours per month. Our packages are available at a sliding scale based on your org’s budget (Grow – Sustain – Share). See details below.
Ongoing Database Administration

Budget Levels
To align our services with our values, we offer our services on a sliding scale. We hope you will support us by paying at a rate that is fair, either based on your annual budget, or the budget you have allotted to your data/database work.
Grow
Annual Budget is less than $600,000.
The intent is to support newer and under-resourced organizations to have access to high quality data supports.
Sustain
Annual budget is between $600,000 and $2 Million.
This rate should be paid by more established organizations as much as possible to keep our sliding scale possible.
Share
Annual budget is more than $2 Million.
The intent is to enable us to provide lower rates to under-resourced organizations by paying a higher hourly rate.
