Snohomish Health District COVID-19 Equity Study

Snohomish Health District has hired us, The Capacity Collective, to talk with Snohomish County residents least served by and/or least connected to the Snohomish Health District to share their COVID-19 stories as a first step towards improving health in the County.

We want to hear your stories and experiences with COVID-19.

We are currently recruiting community discussion group participants, community discussion group facilitators, and individual interviewees!

Community Discussion Group Participants will:

  • Participate in a community discussion group lasting approximately one hour with other members of their community
  • Share their stories and experiences related to COVID-19
  • Receive a $50 gift card for their time

Community Discussion Group Facilitators will:

  • Be trained on how to lead a community discussion group by The Capacity Collective team
  • Lead a community discussion group with members of their community
  • Spend approximately 2-3 hours on this project
  • Receive $100/hour for their time

Individual Interviewees will:

  • Participate in a one-on-one interview discussion lasting 60-90 minutes
  • Share their stories and experiences related to COVID-19
  • Receive a $100 gift card for their time

If you are interested in any of these options, please take a few minutes to complete the form below. We will use this information to create community discussion groups with people from similar communities/backgrounds. Please note that all of the information you share in this form and through participating in an interview or community discussion group will be kept confidential. We are not associated with Child Protective Services or Immigration Services. We will not share your name, email, or any identifying information with anyone. We will only share consolidated findings with Snohomish Health District, none of which will be attached to you or any of your identifying characteristics.

Once we receive your responses, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Bethany Rigles (bethany@thecapacitycollective.org) or Emilie Carr (emilie@thecapacitycollective.org).
